* All tenure track appointees (assistant professor/associate professor without tenure) with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2025, must be received by April 21, 2025. Please note, 12-month service period tenure track faculty appointments may use the APT Committee meeting dates, listed above, as their effective dates. Nine-month faculty will continue to use January 1 or July 1 as their effective dates.
All tenure track appointment letters will be sent no later than the second Friday following the APT Committee meeting.
Important: All Department Chair (Interim, etc.) dossiers must be submitted no later than three months after the effective date. Always refer to the website, as this schedule may change.
